Understanding teachers
One of the complex aspect of this project is the target audience. Indeed, comprised of people of varying ages, cultural background, technology proficiency, and disciplines, we needed to get a better understanding of our users and how they worked.
Workshop preparation
Create a user-journey to understand how teachers select textbooks for the new school year by observing their use of existing platforms to gather resources and documents. Identify the types of documents needed and used throughout the year, and categorize these documents into meaningful sections using the teachers’ own vocabulary and methodology.
